By heating the filter from the "core out" and blasting it with high-pressure air, it cleans a DPF in 40 minutes (vs. 5-10 hours in an oven). Crucially, it features a built-in Back-Pressure Tester and Printer , giving you a physical report to hand to your customer proving the "Before & After" results.

Non-Destructive Cleaning: No cutting or welding required. Clean DPFs, SCRs, and DOCs directly.
Total Pollution Control: Includes a Thermal Water Cooler (Wet Scrubber) that captures exhaust heat and traps carbon ash/particulate matter, keeping your shop air clean.
Ultra-Fast Cycle: Heating: 0-600°C in 4 minutes. Cleaning: Total cycle ~40 minutes. Cooling: Drops from 600°C to 50°C in just 3-5 minutes.
