Unlike standard ovens, the RGE model utilizes Silicon Carbon Heating technology , allowing the chamber to reach 800°C in just 30 minutes . It features a smart, energy-saving design that operates like a household water heater—cycling power on and off to maintain temperature, effectively reducing electricity costs while ensuring maximum carbon ash removal.
Rapid Heating Technology: Powered by Silicon Carbon elements, heating from 0°C to 800°C takes only 30 minutes, significantly faster than traditional resistance wire furnaces. Smart Energy Saving: The 30KW system features intelligent "Heat Preservation Mode." Once the target temperature is reached, the system cuts power, re-engaging only when necessary. This allows for full-load performance with reduced energy bills. Dual-Mode Operation:
Diesel Mode (700°C): Optimal for heavy-duty truck filters. Gasoline Mode (600°C): Safe for regenerating Three-Way Catalytic Converters without damaging the core. Superior Insulation: Built with a 304 Stainless Steel liner and aluminum silicate fiberboard to lock in heat and protect the operator.
